ABOUT THIS ZINE

In 1941, Lawrence Tenney Stevens' Woofus sculpture vanished from Fair Park without a trace.

Legend has it the barnyard chimera was stolen by religious zealots who saw it as a satanic symbol. Others suggest the statue was misplaced during repairs. Although the sculpture was never recovered, the Dallas elite went to great lengths to replicate and reinstall the Woofus on Fair Park grounds.

Where's Woofus? is a Texas Noir fan fiction based on a true story, told through the eyes of a rookie Texas Ranger as he unravels the mysterious events following the sculpture's disappearance.
